This privacy policy covers NetLaw’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered when you access the Services. It does not apply to companies that NetLaw does not own or control, or to individuals that NetLaw does not employ or manage. Links to outside sources, whether added by us or submitted by Users, are not covered by this policy. We advise you to review the privacy policies of any websites you visit.

We collect Personal Information to personalize and improve our Services. This includes:
- Account Information: such as your name, user name, email address, mobile phone number, and IP address.
- Email Communications: We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from NetLaw to improve our Service.
- Mobile Device Information: If your service provider uniquely identifies the device, NetLaw may receive this information to offer you extended services and/or functionality.
- Usage Information: Non-Personal Information regarding your use of the Service, such as the dates and times you used the Service, your phone’s manufacturer and model, and your response to messages.
- Information Provided on NetLaw Associates’ websites: Personal Information provided to sites operated by NetLaw Associates may be sent to us and used in accordance with this privacy policy.
We do not use cookies to collect Personal Information.

We use the collected Personal Information to improve the content of the Service, customize offers, and communicate with you about new features. We may also use the information to adapt our services to your needs, to research the effectiveness of our network, and to develop new tools and features.

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information. We may share your Personal Information under these circumstances:

- To a company that acquires, is acquired by or is merged with NetLaw.

5. Data Security
We strive to protect your Personal Information; however, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Your Account Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your Account by protecting your password and signing off after you have finished accessing your Account. We strongly recommend adding two factor authentication to your account to further protect it.
6. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services or for other important purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
7. Your Rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your Personal Information. These include:

- Right to Correction: You have the right to request that any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you is corrected.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Information about yourself to us.
